NASA Scientist Comes to Apple Pi

A presentation by former Guilford High alumna Valerie Scott (Class of 2001) who is presently employed at NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a scientist. Her presentation will focus on Mars Rovers past and present, and the technologies employed on “Curiosity” the latest in the line of Mars Rovers that is scheduled to launch on November 25th, 2011. She will also discuss her function within the NASA team as it relates to the mission objectives.
