Car Wash to Benefit Parkinson’s Research

Apple Pi Robotics washed cars on July 16th at Bishop’s Orchards “Little Red Barn” with all procedes going to benefit the Institute for Neurodegenerative Disorders (IND).

This successful car wash has provided funds allowing for the matching of a donation made by team mentor Al Bishop. A formal presentation is planned for October 25th, 2011 at 6:00pm in the Guilford High School Library. Club members will be on hand to present the award to Jack Mariotti, Finance Director and Dr. David Russell, Associate Director of Clinical Research at the Institute.
